The Australian designed and made Gallery Hanging System is a strong, flexible picture hanging system which adapts quickly to changing needs. It is an ideal picture hanging system for galleries, museums, universities, offices and homes. The tracks come in 2m and 3m lengths, are discreet, and sit neatly underneath your cornices. They can be painted to match your walls. The stainless steel cables can be inserted directly into the tracks - you don't need to slide them in from the ends, and they are strong enough to hold 30kg. The push-button hooks are easy to use, no tools are required, you just push the button on the top and slide. Max weight 20kg.
An Installation Service is available for customers in Adelaide.
Don't hang your pictures too high - they should be displayed at eye level, even if your ceilings are high.
If your picture frame comes complete with D-rings at the back, don't use the wire on the back to hang your picture, use a cable and one hook in each D-ring, especially on heavy picture frames.
Even if you are not using the Gallery Hanging System, on heavy picture frames always use two or three hooks in your walls to help distribute the pressure on the wire.
