Before contacting us, please read the following information:

​​1)  We are specialist conservation picture framers and art restorers.

We specialize solely in the preservation of valuable items (sentimental or monetary), art restoration, frame restoration and gilding.  

We are not general picture framers.

2)  Quotes are $50 per item or free of charge when you place your order with us.  For more information about prices, please click here.

3)  We are under no obligation to accept every job that comes our way. 

We will generally decline:

​​​​​

• Sports memorabilia

• Anything oversize (larger than 1m x 1.5m or 40" x 60")

4)  We do not stretch canvases. A general framer can assist you with canvas stretching.

5)  We do not cut or trim art, ever.

It is not our job to ruin art. Click here for more information.

6)  We do not tolerate abuse. 

At our discretion, we will refuse to work with any client deemed by us to be aggressive, disrespectful, difficult, overly demanding and/or unreasonable, and they will be permanently deleted from our client list.  ​​​​​

​

7)  Our studio is open 11am - 4.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 10am - 2pm Saturday.

Closed public holidays and long weekends.

Appointments are not necessary.

We do keep our door locked for the safety of your artwork and our staff.  Do not be deterred by the locked door - simply ring the bell or knock. ​​
