Do you offer lay-by?

Yes, a 12 months lay-by for orders and finished artworks is available.  Payments can be made by calling 0404 083 030 with your credit card details, or by direct deposit.

 

Do you need a deposit for custom framing orders?

 

Yes, we do require a 50% deposit for all custom picture framing orders. Work will not commence on your order until we have received the 50% deposit. Custom picture framing deposits are not refundable after 48 hours of placing your order.

 

Why do you need a 50% deposit?

 

Each frame is made individually to your specifications, and products are ordered especially for you from interstate or overseas. Understandably, we can't re-sell a custom-made frame.  This is especially true where the item being framed is very personal, for example, a wedding photograph or certificate. 

How do I pay you?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay and Direct Payments. A 12 months lay-by plan is also available.
