Why are your picture frames so expensive? I can get my picture framed cheaper down the road.
We are the only fully qualified Conservation Picture Framers in Adelaide and we specialize in the preservation of fine art. We are not run-of-the-mill picture framers.
If you are looking for a fast and/or cheap picture framer, then we are probably not a good fit for you. We specialize in quality and the protection of your artwork. We use only the highest quality materials for Museum Grade framing, and the techniques we use are fully reversible.
There are too many framers offering cheap products and services which will ruin your art. Below is an example of "you only get what you pay for." The photo on the right shows what an unqualified, "professional" picture framer has done. The metallic photograph was framed only 12 months ago - it was sandwiched up against standard non-reflective glass, without mounting, causing irreparable damage. Those ripples you can see are permanent. The photo needed to be re-printed and completely re-framed correctly.

Do you need a deposit?
Yes, we do require a 50% deposit for all custom picture framing orders. Work will not commence on your order until we have received the 50% deposit. Custom picture framing deposits are not refundable after 48 hours of placing your order.
Why do you need a 50% deposit?
Each frame is made individually to your specifications, and products are ordered in especially for you from interstate or overseas. Understandably, we can't re-sell a custom-made frame. This is especially true where the item being framed is very personal, for example, a wedding photograph or certificate.
How do I pay you?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay and Direct Payments. A 12 months lay-by plan is also available.
How long does it take before my frame is finished?
Turn-around time for our custom picture framing is usually 1 - 3 weeks. We will send you a text message upon completion of your work.
What happens if I don't collect my frame?
Completed picture frames not collected within three (3) months of notification will be sold to recoup the balance of the custom framing only.
